Important test site note: the estimate form now works only in your browser. It can change what you see on the screen. It does not send, save, or email your answers.
What the estimate form asks for
The prototype asks for a service type, ZIP code, property type, request details, preferred timing, name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, and consent to be contacted.
For now, your answers are used only to move through the form in your current browser session. The form does not send them to First Choice or store them.
Direct contact
If you call or email First Choice, that contact is outside this test form. Your phone carrier, email provider, and First Choice may handle the details you choose to share.
Share only what is needed for your service request. Do not send private bank, health, government ID, password, or payment card details in a general request.
Site logs and future tools
A public website may make basic site logs through its host. These logs may include an IP address, browser type, request time, and the page viewed. This notice does not yet list the final live setup.
Before launch, this notice should name each live tool in use. This includes hosting, analytics, ads, form routing, customer records, booking, file uploads, spam checks, call tracking, and messages.
Retention and choices
The current form does not send or store requests. So there is no form storage time. Closing or reloading the page may clear the answers on the screen.
When a live request system is added, First Choice should state how long requests are kept and who gets them. It should also explain how to ask for a fix or deletion and how to set contact choices.
